How do I place an order?

Add the products to your cart, open the cart, and fill in your name, phone number and delivery address at checkout. You do not need an account, but with one your details are filled in for you next time.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash on Delivery, bKash, Nagad and Rocket. Choose the method you prefer on the checkout page.

How much is delivery and how long does it take?

Delivery is ৳ 60 inside Dhaka and ৳ 120 outside Dhaka, and free on orders of ৳ 1,500 or more. Orders are usually processed within 24 hours and delivered in 24–72 hours depending on your location.

How can I track my order?

Open the Track Order page and enter your order number and the phone number you ordered with. If you have an account, all your orders and their status are in My Account.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. If the order has not been dispatched yet, we can usually change or cancel it.

What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. Approved cases are exchanged or refunded. See the Return Policy for details.

Can I return an opened cosmetic or attar?

For hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetics and attar cannot be returned unless the product itself was faulty.

Do I need an account?

No. You can order as a guest. An account lets you see your past orders, save your address and check out faster.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

Use the Forgot password link on the sign-in page to get a reset link by email. If you did not add an email to your account, contact us and we will help you get back in.
