Return Policy

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. Approved returns can be exchanged or refunded once the item is received back in its original, unused condition and packaging.

Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetics and attar cannot be returned unless the product itself was faulty.

Shipping Policy

We deliver nationwide across Bangladesh. Orders are typically processed within 24 hours and delivered within 24–72 hours depending on your location. Delivery is free on orders of ৳ 1,500 or more; a flat delivery fee applies below that amount.
